Despite of these deeply discounted rates, our cancellation policy remains very consumer-friendly, unlike many other discount reservation services. Back Are your hotel rates per room or per person? Our rates are so low that you might think they were per person, but no: these are all inclusive total rates per room (or per several rooms if you requested more than one), including all taxes. The only additional cost for you is a non-refundable service fee of 6 Euros, as indicated on screen. Apart of this, there are no more fees or suprises, just check-in at the hotel and enjoy your stay! Back What happens when I make a reservation? Your reservation is confirmed immediately online, and you will see a voucher to print on your computer and present at the hotel at check-in. You will also receive a confirmation by email. Important: your reservation number is necessary for any correspondence regarding your reservation. Back When will my credit card be charged? Our great rates are only possible because they are prepaid rates. This means that your credit card may be charged immediately after confirming your reservation. Back How can I cancel my reservation? You can still cancel your reservation until 24 hours before your scheduled arrival (except if the hotel has established a longer deadline, this will be shown to you during the reservation process). Your only cost will be the non-refundable service fee of 6 Euros. To cancel a reservation you have made through our system, simply click here. Back Can I contact the hotel directly to cancel my reservation? Our rates are wholesaler rates which are not available directly from the hotel. For this reason, all cancellations must be made through our system. Of course, you can contact the hotel directly if you have questions or special wishes regarding room equipment, etc. Also, if during your stay at the hotel you decide that you would like to stay a few nights more, the hotel will most probably charge you a far higher rate. All reservations are processed through our partner Merkur Viajes S.L., accredited travel agency with registration C.I.AN-41894-2, and / or their fulfillment partners.
